As with most Web servers on the net, our server will
automatically record the following information routinely
in a "log" file:

automatically to all web servers)
• The referring page, if there was

These log files are private and will not be released to
the general public.

provide products or services you’ve requested, when we
have your written permission, or under the following
circumstances:
When we have to respond to subpoenas, official court
orders or any other legal processes, to exercise our
legal rights or defend against legal claims.
Services to Minors:
We do not provide products or services to
minors under the age of 20 unless consent is given by a
parent or legal guardian. Consent will be documented in
customer’s file.
Access to Customer Files:
We do not allow unauthorized employees or non-employed
persons to access customer’s files. Customer files are
kept confidential and secure. Anything that is discarded
is destroyed for your privacy, security, and peace of
mind.
The toolbar does NOT SPY after the
user and does not transfer any
personally identifiable information
such as a name or an E-mail address,
ensuring complete anonymity for
users.
When used, the toolbar sends
unidentifiable usage statistics
regarding usage of its features to
Conduit's servers (Conduit is the
service that powers the toolbar).
The statistics are completely
anonymous, do not contain any
personal identification or
information in a manner that can
identify a user, and no IP addresses
are stored. Users are allowed to
disable statistical data transfer at
any given time. We do not match
individual users with their specific
Web or toolbar usage and don't share
the specifics with anybody. A unique
id is used solely for the purpose of
knowing how many people are actively
using the toolbar and it is not
transferred along with any specific
usage information. This unique id is
not transmitted during any other use
of the toolbar.
All statistic information is
securely stored on Conduit.com and
is accessible only to us.
This information is used in order to
improve the overall toolbar
experience based on how the toolbar
is being used.
